APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
1 Clean and dry skin completely
2 Remove clear protective film
3 Press tattoo design side down onto skin
4 Soak the back of the paper with a warm wet towel for at least 10 seconds
5 Slide paper off and allow tattoo to dry
